and syrups, but also in other foods. So avoid drinking soft drinks, juices and

coconut oil and avoid all the rest cooking oils. 3. Beer and Cocktails. Beers are usually high-carb drinks. For example, a can of regular beer may contain
12 grams of carbs. Cocktails are also high-carb alcoholic beverages. A Pina Colada may have 32 grams of carbs. Concluding, on a Keto Diet you may eat a lot
