  2. Your health start in your gut. Things that help: Being born by normal delivery. Avoiding needless antibiotics treatment. Eating a variety of minimally-processed, whole plant-based foods. Eating few meals a day. Avoiding processed foods and animal-based products from factory farms.

  3. I've been studying about the relationship of chronic inflammation and certain diseases, and I came across a scientific article in the NCBI database about the use of curcumin or turmeric root to control unnecessary inflammation. Here is the link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2637808/ . Turmeric is one of the ingredient in Curry, a common condiment used in Indian food. Although this root has been proven effective in Eastern diet to prevent inflammation, my focus really is on the cause of chronic inflammation. What is really responsible for these abnormal responses from our immune system?

  4. the inflammation is a mess some peoples just take pain killer medications for the pain but what the don,t know is that it dosen,t content anti-inflammatory chemical that down the physical air why you think the obese peoples walways felt suffocated & with asthma is because they can,t breath the heart is very swollen about to exsplote with least oxigen like a rubber car of a birthday balloon cus of the flesh skin inflammation !

  5. Don't vaccines with their injection into muscle tissue which leaves a lingering lump of heavy metals and other harmful additives create a prolonged immune response which leads to inflatation at the cellular level?? How can these heavy metals and other toxins be expelled out of the body from muscle tissue and blood?

From CDC website just one of the additives: "Aluminum gels or salts of aluminum which are added as adjuvants
to help the vaccine stimulate a better response. Adjuvants help promote
an earlier, more potent response, and more persistent immune response
    to the vaccine." http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/vac-gen/additives.htm

  8. You should add natural supplements to your daily diet, especially ones that contain ginger, and curcumin extract. Both of which contain natural active compounds that act as anti-inflammatories. You can eat the raw versions, such as ginger, and turmeric, or you can add them to your diet in supplement form. One that I have used for months is called Natural Body Defense : http://bit.ly/1iDE4ET I have been using it for a few months now it contains a bunch of natural anti-inflammatories in one supplement as opposed to like 6 different supplements. So far, It has worked wonders I notice a substantial decrease in pain over the last few months. Give it a try if you are looking for something to help with chronic inflammation.
