  1. no but there is sure another coup on trying to get the vaping off the market tho to promote more smoking of tabacco and cigarette companies

  2. The biggest illness is narcissism… it's toxic and the cause of a majority of our problems globally… greed… especially in media.

  3. Is this relating to known retailers (Pax, Arizer Solo), or do these problems come from those cheap vape pens sold on the street? CBC never clarifies this.

  4. Gosh!!! What did he do vape in his sleep. That's abusive to the body. Too much of anything will have this effect. Stop blaming Vapes. Just as eating too much will make you obese, drinking too much will give you Liver failure. Start holding people accountable for addictive behavior.

  6. No one in Canada trusts the CBC anymore. Ask anyone. We live in the Information Age, we the public are well too informed and can see right through the headlines you post.

  7. For over 10 years vaping has been on the market. No deaths. This year… Deaths. Don't lie to people just do serious reporting on what the substances could be.

Remember these are the doctors who blindly, conveniently and criminally believed OPIOIDS weren't addictive and aided in getting millions hooked which resulted in over 400,000 deaths!!

  8. Take a good look of everything he was vaping, as many iffy products/underground are out there. The internet can sell anything safe or not safe. I and many millions have been vaping for years, as such I consider the products safe from a Vape store

  9. Crazy I vaped for 2 years and ultimately weaning myself off of nicotine and quitting. When I started vaping with in weeks I started feeling better. Never thought it would get this bad

  10. No I dont think so.
First if we allow vaping the people who originally smoke would switch to alternatives such as e-cigarettes. Therefore it would reduce nation's smoking rate.
Second, vaping at least doesnt harm us as much as traditional cigarettes. A burning cigarette released more than a hundred toxic chemicals. Secondhand smoke would lead to premature deaths.
Seeing that result, it is not wise to ban vaping. Seriously.

  11. Outlaw vaping cause it's killed 33 people.
Keep tobacco legal cause it's killed 6,000,000 per year 600,000 of those from secondhand smoke.

Ya vaping it totally as dangerous if not more dangerous than smoking 🤪

  12. Vaping E- cigarettes is really bad but If you vape marijuana, side effects can include:

    impaired coordination.

    impaired memory.

    difficulties problem-solving.

    nausea and vomiting.

    increased heart rate.

    dependence in the long term.

  13. Inhaling hot gasses , soot , and chemical vapors is by it's very nature deadly. Even vaporized medicine is damaging to lung tissue. The tissue is designed to allow O2 , and CO2 to pass thru it. Everything else is bad.

  14. Dont want you to know about all the chemicals they are spraying their marijuanna with to control mites. Distraction from the real problem. Government marijuanna that is loosing money. Dont believe anything cbc tells you. Government run propaganda

  15. Very fine and IMPORTANT report! When I walk along streets there usually are some people who're outdoors vaping and the next time I come across any, I'll tell them about this CBC report, which interviews two MDs and also tells the story about the young man of London, Ontario. I likely won't have the title of this video memorized, but will try to recall the date, and if I forget both, then I surely won't forget that it's from CBC News so will then be able to just tell people to do a YouTube search for this channel, using the channel's name and "vaping" for search terms. That should be easy enough to remember. I did speak with a guy vaping maybe a couple of months back and told him that I had learned that vaping could be harmful, but he just shrugged that off. Well, I'll now be able to be more specific.

  16. In order to decarboxylate the THC, you have to heat it up in an oil medium. Particles heat up, break off and embed the hot oil into lung tissue. Oil is filling the air sacs.
Water vapor from e cigs does not do that.
    Insane!

  17. There are people who will use anything and everything to destroy you people, you know who they are as they are the same GD people behind everything every GD time.

  19. Soooooo he admitted to vaping a drug that has been killing people? He was also drinking water why not blame water… It seems very clear that it was the drug to blame. If I drink coffee and also drink coffee with whiskey in it and I get liver failure why would you blame the coffee when it's clearly the whiskey???

  20. Wait until you hear what these University of Kentucky students
had to say about installing urinals in women’s restrooms for “women with
penises” and tampons in men’s restrooms for “men with periods.”

  21. When are people going to pay attention. It's proven to be Vitamin E in the glycol carrier fluid causing the respiratory problems. Stop buying cheap liquid off the internet. Look at the label on the juice. Does it say made in Canada or the US on it? If not, don't buy it. Stop being cheap and get the best. Again, buyer beware.

  22. Hahahaha See being a hipster and doing all that douche bag stuff isn’t good for your health there’s your science there’s your research

  23. "He also vaped THC" yet their focus is on nicotine vaping and the different fruits that were in his juice. How about telling the truth and warning the public about the real danger. ILLICIT. THC. CARTRIDGES WITH PESTICIDES AND VITAMIN E ACETATE.

You also forgot to mention that this kid got released the VERY next day and is completely fine.

I wonder how much that doctor got paid by big tobacco to say all that garbage. Look over to the UK, they have vape shops in hospitals. that alone should show you that vaping isn't causing any issues. on top of the fact that there arent any other cases like this anywhere else in the world. Meanwhile millions of people have been vaping for years, and its been around for over a decade. yet some kid who vaped for 5 months suddenly has some lung disease. fk outta here.

Classic fear mongering from the states and Canada trying to jump on the bandwagon by using a kid that completely healthy that got released the next day. You gov doesnt care about you, but you know which gov cares about their people? the UK gov.
