  2. I don't think I'll ever get over it and I'm 58. Always been anxious but learnt to deal a bit better with it. Smoking weed pushed me over the edge for quite some time

  3. I feel guilty for seeking help I feel lazy and that I'm being weak. That's why I brush it off for a few days and think everything's fine but then it's all built up again as if kept it in so I explode like a bottle of pop.

    This animation truly puts what's going on into perspective. I wonder what's its like to not worry about other people 24/7 the way I do that is isolation so now my friends are limited mostly to family and now I'm rambling.

    My point is if you need help seek it because it's real life even if you don't belive it. I still don't understand it but seeking help going to the nurse at school or going the doctors and explaining how you feel😊 be kind to yourself

    " OH THATS ME " .. BUT IN REALITY THEY ARE THE PERSON WHO GOES ALWAYS GET INVOLVE ON SHOPPING/EATING AND GOING OUT WITH FRIENDS AFTER SCHOOL.

    STOP SELF PROCLAIMING YOURSELF .. ANXIETY ARE NOT JOKE

  5. I have High-Functioning Autism plus Anxiety and this video really helps me to explain a lot of things about my anxiety. I am petrified of storms, don't have friends apart from social media, barely go out.
