  1. I love it but I'm not sure i can hear the words and understand the full video because my English is not perfect, so if anyone can just write all words in this video, i appreciate it, thanks an advance ❤️

  2. This is like comparing the final years of Jimmy Carter's life with the final years of Bush 41's life. I know Carter is still alive, but this is a sad commercial.

  3. My late grandmother was one of the people who pretty much spent the last 10 years fighting cancer, until she was defeated.
I'm praying this doesn't have to happen to my parents

  4. Everyday when i turn on my apple tv and watch my yoga you tube videos to follow along, your ad comes up first but it is under another company. Some chiropractic company in Malaysia. I must say it is very depressing to watch this ad everytime before i can watch any of my yoga videos, every day. It is now making me very depressed. I wished the ad would go away but the campaign seems to go on and on like for eternity since i started watching yoga videos at the beginning of 2018. Pls check with you tube, could another company be using your ad as their own campaign?

  5. Was this actually only released 5 years ago? Was there never a previous PSA that had the same message? I guess it's close enuff to the time….

When I was in grade 10(? 16 years old), I remember watching a PSA saying this same message (must have been it) and nothing ever motivated me so much to exercise. It was like an actual scare.

Still, I procrastinated. I didn't like gym class either. But since finishing highschool, I started to take it a lil more seriously. I think the longest I consistently exercised for was 2-3 months. Then I just gave up. I make sure to do the occasional stretches (almost) every day but that's about it.

I'm almost 23 and right now I feel more motivated than ever to get to it. Better now than later becuz that's the whole point!!

I just saw on the news, a story about a man who turned 110. Apparently he would exercise every day and even lift weights! It showed him sitting on a chair with the lower half of a bike machine ahead of him and he would pedal away at that. That seems rather efficient O.O)

I missed the earlier part of the story so idk.. but daily exercise had to play a big part in his living that long, right? It inspires me!

Such a simple task as 10mins of exercise a day could make such a difference in your life!!

SERIOUSLY GET TO IT PPL. I'll see ya back here in 2,106 (lol).

  6. This was soo sad i just cant believe myself in 10 years thats why i dont smoke and drink alcohol who would dislike this YOU SICK FUCKS!!

Here at Fight Aging! you'll read about healthy life extension, engineered longevity, and the development of rejuvenation biotechnology. What do these terms mean? Put simply, they refer to the use of new medical technologies to both increase healthy life span and reduce the risk of suffering age-related conditions in later life. It is doing the best we can with the very few proven (and limited) present day methods, while supporting the research needed to develop far more effective methods for tomorrow. There is much more to living a longer life in good shape than simply looking after your health here and now.

Aging is an Enemy, So Fight It!

Aging saps our strength and ability to enjoy life, cripples us, and eventually kills us. Tens of millions die from medical conditions caused by aging each and every year, and a staggering amount of money is spent on trying – and failing – to cope with this ongoing disaster. Yet the risk of suffering age-related conditions in later life can be reduced for most people through diet and exercise. Furthermore, serious scientific efforts are presently underway to understand and intervene in the aging process – not just to prevent frailty and disease, but also repair and reverse the root causes of aging.

In future decades researchers will assemble new biotechnologies that can defeat aging, restore the old to health and vigor, and prevent the young from ever suffering the ravages of age. Some of these future therapies are already understood and envisioned in some detail, but remain in comparatively early stages of research.

  8. …. " Just eating less meat has a protective effect. A National Cancer Institute study of 500,000 people found that those who ate the most red meat daily were 30 percent more likely to die of any cause during a 10-year period than were those who ate the least amount of red meat. Sausage, luncheon meats and other processed meats also increased the risk. ." http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/in-depth/meatless-meals/art-20048193
https://pcrm.org/health/cancer-resources/diet-cancer/facts/meat-consumption-and-cancer-risk—- "Meat Consumption and Cancer Risk The World Health Organization has determined that dietary factors account for at least 30 percent of all cancers in Western countries and up to 20 percent in developing countries. When cancer researchers started to search for links between diet and cancer, one of the most noticeable findings was that people who avoided meat were much less likely to develop the disease. Large studies in England and Germany showed that vegetarians were about 40 percent less likely to develop cancer compared to meat eaters

  9. This may be difficult to watch for many. But I feel that everyone needs to be more aware of how they can work towards living a healthier lifestyle in the future.
