You can't control the wind but you can adjust the sails. The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one though over another. Hi guys! It's me again ๐Ÿ™‚ You might have seen me before but my desire to inspire more people is what keeps me pushing to reach out more. We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we just graduated college and were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. I started it out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second one currently under construction but launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

  10. A decision I had made right now is to listen to more music, read more books & go for a walk everyday as these energizes me immensely!

    An anchor thought for me is that whatever happens I can still return to this channel and get the motivation & support!

    The last question is the most painful one for me as all my friends are busy in their lives plus they don't inspire me enough…so I would follow Evan in YT & Insta more this week! ๐Ÿ˜

  13. Mel Robbins is an awesome motivator. I love her book 5 Second Rule. I actually use her 5 Second Rule every day. When I wake up, I count to 5 and rocket out of bed. I can absolutely relate to everything she talks about in this video. I have dealt with and and still deal with two of these. I have found that by following simple habits every day it helps deal with these things when they appear. Love it Evan and thank you Mel for all you do. #MentorMeMel
