  7. I live with a mix of OCD, anxiety, and depression. One usually feeds the other. Over the years, I've learned to live with them and how to mostly get them under control. But it's no fun. But, it's a one day at a time situation. I try to focus on my hobbies, my cat, and my job. Life could be worse.

  8. 🌀 Very informative video sweetheart, relaxing delivery of factual content is an art xoxoxo stay blessed :>

  9. You look gorgeous💕 i have struggled with anxiety for as long as i can remember and have had depression since i was about 12. Its hard dealing with it all, especially with the issues regarding healthcare in the usa. I appreciate you taking the time to make this video. It was very relaxing and informative!

  10. Thanks! I’ve been diagnosed with BPD (May is also BPD awareness month, passed by Congress 414-0), depression, and anxiety, but have done therapy and taken meds and have been able to (for the most part) manage them, and not let them get in the way. There aren’t any cures, but there’s a lot of options for he,p out there, which is why I’m a couple years into getting my degree in psychology.

So again, thank you for bring it to the forefront and help bringing awareness to it! 😊
