the case western reserve university school of medicine looks like students who are self-directed learners it looks like students who are aware of what the community really needs and how to link the community with health care it represents physicians who are aware and eager to incorporate new things into their training and it represents students and physicians who are very well grounded in the basics of Medicine so they can build on that the connection between Medical School and post medical school training I think we need to make that transition a little more effectively and a little more seamlessly we're working on actually for the physician scientists creating a seamless track from from the MD ph.d program in two residences at Case Western Reserve which could reduce the top total time by as much as two years you
