State of MO joins lawsuit against 20 national pharmaceutical companies

THANK YOU, ADAM. IF YOU TAKE A GENERIC PRESCRIPTION TO TREAT A HEART CONDITION OR DIABETES, YOU MAY BE PAYING TOO MUCH. THAT’S THE CLAIM FROM THE STATE OF MISSOURI, WHICH IS JOINING A LAWSUIT AGAINST 20 NATIONAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES. ATTORNEY GENERAL ERIC SCHMITT ALLEGES THE COMPANIES INFLATED PRICES, IN SOME CASES RAISING THE COST BY ONE THOUSAND PERCENT. THE LAWSUIT INVOLVES MORE THAN 100 GENERIC DRUGS ADDRESSING INFECTIONS, DIABETES, CANCER, EPILEPSY, HIV AND MORE. KANSAS AND OKLAHOMA ARE ALSO JOINING THE LAWSUIT WHICH ORIGINATED IN CONNECTICUT. WE’VE GOT A FULL LIST OF THE DRUGS IN THE LAWSUIT AT FOURSTATESHOMEPAGE.COM.
