Lemons are a great staple for a whole bunch of things, to drink, to add in foods, rub on face to get rid of acne and cleanse skin, rub on underarms to get rid of odor and lighten, rub half a lemon with baking soda and its excellent and eco friendly for cleaning areas around the home (and you body). Eat with the rind (organic or clean thoroughly with baking soda) to ease heartburn and acid reflux.

I've been obsessed with lemons ever since I was like three years old. My mom said she gave me a lemon and I loved it where some kids would squinch their faces or feel weird LOL. I became even more obsessed while being pregnant. I drink lemon water several times a day and I feel so great when I do. I think I'm addicted
