  1. I still say that my well water is B12 laced. Can't find a lab to test it. Maybe my blood will get checked someday. I take supplemental B12 as well.

  2. Brian Clement seems questionable:

  3. I cherish Dr Joel Fuhrman's every video.πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΏ

  4. I moved from Brazil to Canada in 2009. 9 years later, I gained 67 pounds. In Canada, similar to US, everything is heavily processed and usually found in a can or a box. This easy to prepare "food" is cheaper than in Brazil and available everywhere. Fast food is also much cheaper, but pure poison with lots of sugar and salt. In April 2018, I decided to change my diet because pain caused by fat liver. I am, basically, eating vegetables, nuts and fruit. Once a month, I have salmon. I don't use salt at all. Sugar is completely out of my diet. I lost 60 pounds in less than 2 months. My last blood test was better than the first one done in 2010. I am happier, I am healthier and even my sexual life changed. What you eat is everything in your life and only you can change it.

  5. What about amino acids? It seems meat, dairy, grains, and beans are the most abundant sources of amino acids. Where do we get all the amino acids in plant based foods, besides grains and beans?

  6. Around 14:10, I'm wondering why does the guy on the left, who I'm not loving, use Fuhrman's cup to demonstrate putting his finger in. Instead of his own, which is right in front of him and in front of the camera. And then Fuhrman, bless him, scoots his water back with the comment, "I just wanna make sure you don't put your finger in my water."

  7. Self-care is the way ahead, until mainstream professionals catch up. Adopting a "whole foods / real foods" diet and removing all processed foods and crops drowned in neurotoxins (glyphosate)….and switching to mainly organic food (sprouted grains, legumes, dirty dozen foods) is the most important step anyone can take. The next thing is to follow an elimination protocol for at least 6 weeks or longer, so that when you gradually reintroduce food you can determine what foods may be problematic. Then you can start repairing you Gut, Microbiome, and body.

  8. Notice that with each of these so called "diseases" there is a common trend. Diet. We need to stop thinking of these conditions as "diseases". 99% of all health issues are caused by reducing the body's ability to dispose of waste. If you want improve your health, one needs to increase the body's ability to dispose of waste. The way to do that is eat fruit and your body will gradually fix all your issues. Try and convincing communities living on 100% fruit that one can over eat fruit. Anyone that makes a claim that one can have too much fruit in their diet has not experienced eating only fruit for more than 30 days. If you have a B12 deficiency, the solution is not supplementation. The solution is to create an environment in your gut for optimal B12 absorption. For decades I have had issues with low levels of B12. I am so thankful that I finally learned that my body knows what to do and I just need to let it. In the past year I have increased my B12 levels in 5 months without supplementation and consuming 90% fruit, 100% vegan. Any Isolate (including B12) in excess is poison to the body. Let your body do what it needs to do. It is that simple.

  9. I watched a youtube video and everyone in the comments were basically "I want to eat what I want and just die young"…. I couldn't take the stupidity and needed to watch this video to remind myself there are intelligent people on Earth.

  10. Yeah, It's called the medical industry for a reason. Most medical interventions have money and greed as the central driver, not health. I've recently read about back operations that don't improve patient health, but are recommended by back surgeons who make lots of cash from them. The same goes for heart doctors, and so on. Doctors don't make that big money and live like movie stars by telling people to eat better; they lose money. So, you can't believe doctors who stand to make huge profits from doing procedures and prescribing drugs. The doctors on this panel are telling the truth.

Greger seems to indicate that postassium from plant sources may not be as bad for the kidneys as once thought.
